Because I defended hospitals and doctors and worked at a hospital I understand how errors occur and how best to prove they occurred. This is very helpful when investigation the cause of malpractice and establishing responsibility for the harm that was caused.

Best Ever

From the first time I spoke to Catherine, she was extreamly passionate about her job and it radiates of her. This was a huge factor for me as I wanted a real human being not just a heartless firm looking for a quick payout. It was a very smooth process. I was able to send over my medical records for ...an in-depth evaluation by her medical experts. I believe that it was a pretty quick turn around time for this. Once she was able to verify the medical malpractice via the medical records, this is when she got down to business. Catherine had a very fast response time to file the claim with the military and demand answers for my sheer lack of medical care over the course of 37 months. She also found the right medical experts to help me go against the clinic that made me suffer. We went through countless attempts of the military trying to dismiss my issues. She always was one step ahead of the trickery that they were trying to pull. I believe that while I am unable to get the days I lost due to the malpractice at the hands of the military, Catherine and her team of experts were able to get a more than generous settlement for what my family and I had to endure. If you have any doubt whether she is the right fit for your legal issues, I am here to say do not hesitate to go with her. I am so very grateful that I found her. I think that she truly cares about the person in her cases and this is something nowadays that is so hard to find. Thank you Katie from the bottom of my heart for representing me through this horrible time in my life and turning so many negatives in to a positive. With the settlement, I was able to get I can rebuild what was taken from us. Thank you a thousand times! I hope you will never ever have to represent me again in a situation like this but if ever do I find myself in a situation like this I would never hesite to go with you.

Best Attorney ever!

I normally don't write reviews but felt compelled to. Ms. Bertram took my highly complicated case. She was caring the most caring attorney I've ever met. I'm not only a past client but a paralegal and when Ms. Bertram takes on a case she gives it her all!!!

Fortunate to have found her!

We were involved in an unfortunate and rather unique accident. We initially worked with another lawyer and became unsatisfied. We were extremely fortunate to have been referred to Ms. Bertram by a close friend. Discouraged with our situation, we approached her about our case. Ms. Bertram was incr...edible. She was knowledgeable and sharp as well as kind and compassionate. We were consistently impressed by her abilities and comfortable working with her throughout the case. She was always responsive to any questions or concerns we voiced. Ms. Bertram was instrumental in refocusing our efforts and bringing us to a more than acceptable resolution. We can honestly say it is hard to imagine having gotten through the ordeal of our case without her guidance and expertise.
