Very Pricey
I have her working on my case for a couple of years now. While I admire her empathy and professionalism, I find it very strange and rude that every time I ask her a simple question, she wants me to pay her a ridiculous amount of money for answering it. I understand that if I asked her something that ...
Hello and thank you for your feedback. We strive to serve all customers with empathy and professionalism. The feedback about requiring payment for questions related to a case that I have been hired for is not one I have received before, so as a paying customer, please email me directly so that I can address your concerns. Most cases are priced on a flat fee basis, and the contract lists what is included. When we must do work outside of the original agreement, then additional charges may apply since that was not contemplated under the original agreement. The pattern you describe above is not one that recognize or that I can place, so please reach out so that we can address this and come to a better understanding about what is included and what is not.
