Michael was very thorough. He listened carefully and based on the interview explained what could happen, what he would do and what I needed to do. He answered all questions I had and gave a rationale for expectations of me, himself and his staff. He was there throughout the whole process advising of ...doctor summaries and questioning my understanding of what happened and was happened. I am not aware of him failing to do anything. It was my first time being involved in a lawsuit so I was glad he was my lawyer. He made my involvement in responding to the insurance company minimal and resolved the case to my satisfaction.
