Estate planning is a large part of my practice. Estate planning is a very satisfying practice area for me because I know that when I have created a comprehensive estate plan for a client, they have no worries about what will happen to their assets.

I handle personal injury cases where people are injured in automobile accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, dog bite incidents, and other types or causes of injury. My cases set precedent now relied on by other attorneys in DE personal injury cases.

Real estate litigation - I handle cases involving obtaining clear title to real estate, enforcing or voiding deed restrictions, defending against residential and commercial foreclosure, and landlord-tenant cases involving eviction and lease disputes.

There are a number of different types of trusts that I create for my clients. Frequent examples include Miller Trusts, which enable clients to qualify for Medicaid assistance, and Credit Shelter Trusts which shield larger estates from estate taxes.

I help people to create Wills, Living Wills, and Powers of Attorney. I often help folks who already have a Will but want to make changes by drafting a Codicil. The main idea behind a Will is to establish an orderly plan for distribution of assets.

I have handled numerous wrongful death cases. The wrongful death cases we normally handle are those involving tragic automobile, motorcycle, and tractor trailer accidents, medical malpractice cases, residential dwelling fires, and other incidents.
