Biography

Over the years I have handled cases before Justice of the Peace Courts, Family Court, Court of Common Pleas, Court of Chancery, Bankruptcy Court, and the Superior Court. I have represented clients for workers compensation and injury matters since 1983 and have limited my practice to injury cases and workers' compensation matters since 1989. My injury practice includes work injuries of all types, as well as tractor trailer collisions, automobile crashes, motorcycle accidents, slip and fall injuries and dog bite cases.
I was born and raised in Delaware. I attended John Dickinson High School and the Univeristy of Delaware. I was graduated from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta. I am married and am the proud father of wonderful young daughter.
