Mr. Hitchings did an excellent job with my divorce and custody case. Had a very complicated custody with multiple children involved and an ex which was very manipulative. Had to go to court multiple times due to the complexity of the custody. If Tim said he was going to do something he did it. He... is very straightforward and honest. He gets to know you so he can better understand what needs to be done. He actually cares about everyone involved in the case and wants what is best for all, especially the children involved. He will meet with you as often as need be to make you comfortable before going to court and throughly go over all paperwork involved. I had many,many pages of documents that I had to send to Tim and he went over every email that I sent him and called me on many occasions if something didn't make sense. Bottom line is HE CARES. If I had to do it all over, I would not change a thing. He guided me in the right direction every step of the way.
