About Tanya
Biography
Tanya focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning and estate administration/probate. Her practice areas further include elder law and guardianships.
After graduating from the University of Delaware with a degree in Criminal Justice, Tanya worked as a paralegal in the areas of criminal law and personal injury for approximately seven years. She eventually decided to continue her education and expand her legal career. While in law school, she served on the Widener Law Review as a Staff Member from 2010-2011 and as an Associate Editor from 2011-2012.
Prior to joining The Levinson Firm, she worked at several small law offices in Delaware, picking up valuable experience and knowledge along the way. She completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Charles H. Toliver, IV of the Delaware Superior Court. As a judicial law clerk, she conducted research and assisted in writing court opinions in various types of civil litigation and criminal matters.
Tanya is the outgoing President of the Elder Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association.
