Adam’s practice encompasses a wide range of civil matters. He represents clients in personal injury litigation, including wrongful death claims, catastrophic injuries, trucking and automobile accidents, dog bites, and premises liability (slip, trip, and fall cases). He graduated in the top 15% of his class.
Following law school, Adam completed a two-year clerkship with the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. This experience provided him with invaluable insight into federal court and trial practice, and honed his skills in complex litigation. He now brings that expertise to his clients, combining meticulous legal analysis with tenacious courtroom advocacy.
Throughout his career, Adam has built a reputation as a lawyer who is not only skilled and detail-oriented, but also deeply invested in the well-being of his clients. He approaches each case with the same level of dedication, whether advocating for an individual injured in an accident, an employee facing workplace injustice, or a business pursuing contractual remedies.

Adam Wasserman was fast, efficient, respectful, caring, and professional. We had an employment-related case, and every step of the way I felt informed about our options as well as the next steps. As someone who has never had to deal with legal issues before, the situation was stressful, but I felt se...

"Adam and I went to law school together and worked side-by-side on law review. I was happy to reconnect on a matter recently and find that he is still always looking out for those in need. He is clear, concise, and compassionate and a pleasure to work alongside. I would rest assured knowing Adam was representing one of my clients."
"Adam is a brilliant legal mind and well versed in worker's comp and personal injury law. I highly recommend him and would trust him with any injury case."
