Do Not Reccommend

I’ve had multiple professional interactions with Mr. Gallagher over the years, beginning in 2021 when I consulted him about a workplace matter. At that time, he was attentive, thoughtful, and helpful. Because of that positive foundation, I trusted him enough to reach out again when a far more serious... situation arose in 2024 — a civil rights matter involving a traumatic brain injury and institutional accountability in-which he has experience. Given Mr. Gallagher’s advertised practice areas — civil rights, discrimination, and personal injury — this matter, again, fell squarely within the types of cases he publicly claims to champion. He initially responded with interest, asked for updates, and encouraged continued communication as developments unfolded. I did exactly that — thoroughly, respectfully, and professionally. I provided extensive documentation, including organized filings and precise legal context to facilitate his review. After an extended period of silence, I followed up twice. I was met not with clarity, nor professional closure, but with a brief, final message that felt needlessly cold and disengaged — dismissing the matter without explanation and implying impropriety simply for having followed his own earlier instructions to "keep him in the loop." What makes this experience especially disappointing is not merely the disengagement, but the fact that Mr. Gallagher presents himself as an advocate for those harmed by institutional failures. The abrupt manner in which he chose to disengage — after expressing interest and receiving sensitive information — undermines the very values his firm claims to uphold. I understand attorneys must make strategic decisions about caseloads and case viability. But there is a meaningful difference between declining representation, and mishandling someone who came to you in good faith — especially in a civil rights context. In situations involving trauma, accountability, and public trust, clarity and care are not optional. They are essential. If you're considering Mr. Gallagher for representation in a high-stakes, emotionally charged matter, I encourage you to weigh this experience carefully

Employment and Labor & Personal Injury

I am eternally grateful for Mr. Gallagher's expertise, obstinacy, and patience. I hired Mr. Gallagher in 2015 after meeting him on consultation. Mr. Gallagher was poised and fearless. I had a very difficult case - Fair Labor Standards Act and also, a personal injury issue. I met with two other attorn...eys prior to consulting with Mr. Gallagher, I felt as if my case was futile. Mr. Gallagher said from day one he could help me, and he did. Mr. Gallagher listened to my story without judgement. Mr. Gallagher is a fierce advocate for his clients. Mr. Gallagher is professional and gives a valiant effort to his clients. Because of Mr. Gallagher's diligence, I was fairly compensated. Mr. Gallagher is beyond excellent!

Motor Vehicle Collision, Excellent Lawyer

Mr. Gallagher was an excellent lawyer, as he handled my motor vehicle accident in a timely and professional manner. Through the process he was extremely thorough, and ensured that all of my all of my best interests were taken care of. I will always refer my family and friends to him. . .

Highly Recommended

I have had two cases handled by Mr. Curley and Mr. Gallagher and both were a complete success. Mr. Gallagher worked with my case for years and was professional from start to finish. I know for a fact that he put in many hours to make sure that he was the most prepared that he could be for my case and... although the odds were against us, he made sure that we came out with the justice that I was hoping for. Mr. Gallagher was patient, understanding, and always helpful. He kept me updated on every detail along the way and made sure that I was comfortable with every move that he was planning to make. I am planning to rehire this firm, and more specifically Mr. Gallagher, yet again. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Gallagher to anyone who is inquiring. You won't be disappointed.
