From our first phone call, I knew I made the right choice. I hired Lee to represent my son in a compensatory services case against our school district. Due to his hard work and knowledge of the law (IDEA), he was able to effectively negotiate with the district and win a great settlement for my son. H...e was patient and answered all of my questions while explaining the law to me. I have and will continue to recommend Lee to friends, and other parents who need his expertise in special education law!

After having the previlage of working with many attorneys. We retained this attorney on the recommendation of another attorney. Needless to stay that other attorney is very apologetic to us because of the experience we had with Lee Wentz. I have never in my career of working with an attorneys seen a ...attorney become combative with a client. I soon figure why, because this attorney seem to have utilize the retainer before doing any work or getting retainer agreements signed. Further his failure to be able to comprehend a simple case that another attorney already did the work on make me believe he was not skilled in the practice he claim. I would not advise anyone to utilize Lee Wentz you may have to do as I am considering suing for legal Malpractic.

I hired Mr. Wentz to represent me with regard to obtaining guardianship of my two young granddaughters. I had been granted temporary emergency guardianship but I wanted, no NEEDED, permanent guardianship. I refused to allow the girls to return to their former living situation. The state gave my daugh...ter a pro bono attorney, and I hired Lee because I didn't want to go to court unrepresented. Lee accompanied me to court on the set date. If you've ever been to Family Court, you know emotions can run fairly high, and mine were no different. Lee was extremely professional and explained to me, in detail, my options. After telling the judge that all parties could come to an agreement, possibly without court intervention, Lee negotiated with my daughter's attorney, during the day, at night and on weekends until we all came to a favorable outcome. I paid what I considered to be a small retainer, plus an additional couple of hours of Lee's time, which was a small price to pay for the well being of my granddaughters. I would, without a doubt, recommend Lee Wentz to anyone who is looking for an attorney.
