I retained Lee to represent my teenage son in filing a law suit against a used car dealership that knowingly sold him a very unsafe vehicle and a meaningless warranty. Lee researched every possible argument that we could have made for our case (many that I hadn't considered, and some I didn't know ex...isted), and in a short time brought it to a successful conclusion. We were able to avoid the courtroom and settle for a sum more significant than we had anticipated. Lee was very responsive to calls and emails, never allowing more than a day to pass before replying (if not immediately available), and throughout the matter he displayed a high degree of competence and professionalism. Lee handled tasks efficiently, billed fairly, and as such was very responsible with our (quite reasonable) retainer. After we received the settlement check, my son and I were very pleased to realize that, even after all fees and costs were paid, we were left with enough money to cover the down payment on another car, and we closed the matter feeling vindicated and successful in our small battle waged against a company that saw fit to take advantage of a young, inexperienced buyer.
