I truly wish you could listen to me instead of reading my review because I will be short in explaining everything Lee did for our family. I consulted Lee during March of 2019 after our daughter was unfairly kicked out of Catholic school during 7th grade, after having attended the same school since ki...ndergarten. I was in the verge of losing my mind due to the stress and anxiety the Catholic school caused my daughter and family. Incredibly out of seven attorney's Lee was the only person who took our The Diocese, since the other attorneys said and I quote, private schools can do what they want and establish "their own rules" because they do not receive public funding, after Lee looked at private schools by laws, he found they do. Lee spent countless hours, days and months building our case from scratch, he studied the structure of the local Diocese and found a way to file a federal lawsuit against the school and Diocese at the same time. Lee fought for us to the extent of becoming licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania in order to represent us during our hearing in federal court, this is how much he believed in this case. The Unites States Supreme Court robed us of the majority of the fees we were entitled to due to the ruling blocking compensation to families for pain and suffering to victims in Pennsylvania, however Lee helped us recover funds and my family's sense of dignity back. Miraculously the school now has systems in place they never had before to help students after Lee fought against them. I recommend attorney Lee Wentz to any and every family and person who wants the best compassionate care, the best fight and result for your family.

From our first phone call, I knew I made the right choice. I hired Lee to represent my son in a compensatory services case against our school district. Due to his hard work and knowledge of the law (IDEA), he was able to effectively negotiate with the district and win a great settlement for my son. After having the previlage of working with many attorneys. We retained this attorney on the recommendation of another attorney. Needless to stay that other attorney is very apologetic to us because of the experience we had with Lee Wentz. I have never in my career of working with an attorneys seen a ...attorney become combative with a client. I soon figure why, because this attorney seem to have utilize the retainer before doing any work or getting retainer agreements signed. Further his failure to be able to comprehend a simple case that another attorney already did the work on make me believe he was not skilled in the practice he claim. I would not advise anyone to utilize Lee Wentz you may have to do as I am considering suing for legal Malpractic.

Lee was a great attorney and represented our family well. He communicated thoroughly step by step as the legal proceedings progressed. He followed through and emailed all correspondence and documentation to us. We were very pleased with the outcome of our case and would hire Mr. Wentz in the future... should we get faced with legal issues again.

Using Mr Wentz for the second time because how well he handled my first case. The terms and conditions were clear and specific. His fee structure was clearly outlined.
