After having the previlage of working with many attorneys. We retained this attorney on the recommendation of another attorney. Needless to stay that other attorney is very apologetic to us because of the experience we had with Lee Wentz. I have never in my career of working with an attorneys seen a ...attorney become combative with a client. I soon figure why, because this attorney seem to have utilize the retainer before doing any work or getting retainer agreements signed. Further his failure to be able to comprehend a simple case that another attorney already did the work on make me believe he was not skilled in the practice he claim. I would not advise anyone to utilize Lee Wentz you may have to do as I am considering suing for legal Malpractic.

I consulted with Mr. Wentz (Lee) regarding my daughter's special education program. Her IEP simply was not adequate enough for her needs and my fear as she was transitioning to middle school was that the schoolwork would just be too overwhelming and the support dwindling. From the first call, L...ee was professional, knowledgeable and honest about his thoughts on the case. Through every step of the way, Lee was honest in his assessments and gave his best advice as to when he thought the best results had been achieved. He was clear about the strategy and provided all the options available in all the different phases of the case. Lee was also very clear about the fees and costs for every step of the case. His fees were very reasonable. He also promptly returned any unused portion of the fees. Lee's dedication to my daughter's case really reflected his passion for what he does. Because of Lee's work, our daughter's first year in middle school was a real success. I enjoyed a great working relationship with a very responsive IEP team. I would highly recommend Lee. I cannot thank him enough for the results that were achieved for my daughter.
