Biography
Attorney Aman K. Sharma is diligently committed to protecting your rights and pursing justice. A compassionate advisor, skilled lobbyist, and fierce advocate, Aman has found tremendous satisfaction practicing law.
Aman’s experience as a lawyer began as a specialist in the cutting-edge arena of online torrent-generated copyright infringement litigation. His efforts on behalf of common people against corporate opponents led to an endorsement by the Electronic Frontier Foundation. As a result, Aman maintains an active interest in all issues involving the intersection of technology and the law and is a member of the Richard K. Herrmann Technology Inn of Court.
As a former attorney for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Aman earned considerable experience appearing before judges and juries and gained intimate inside knowledge on how insurance companies seek to defend against paying out claims to injured victims in need.
During law school, Aman clerked for the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, an experience that instilled a passion for advocating for victims of civil rights abuses. This experience has led Aman to spearhead some of Delaware's leading police misconduct lawsuits on behalf of racial minorities victimized by police brutality.
He serves as the Past Chair of the Delaware State Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section and is a member of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association.
Beyond his role as a lawyer, Aman is a visual artist and a stand up comedian. He has traveled to all seven (7) continents and some fifty (50) countries in total. Aman formerly served in the U.S. Army as an officer; he was also formerly a public school science teacher with Teach for America.

Communication
I heard good things about him from several people that I trusted. The communication was terrible when it came to my case though and he told me to find another attorney.

Replied last October 28, 2025Adrian, You are a terrible human being. You blamed me repeatedly for the failings of your PIP adjuster which had nothing to do with me. Then, even despite the fact that I got your wages paid for you without having been paid myself, you told me you were "going to look for another attorney." As such, we decided to discharge you as a client. You expected me to work for you for free without any compensation. Then, when I got you what you wanted, you turned on me. I can't be expected to keep a client like that. I'm also aware that you called various attorneys and most of them turned you down which speaks volumes to your character. Good luck with your case. -Aman
