Mr. Fabrizio represented me in my custody case and was very respectful and attentive to my concerns. He is an exemplary attorney because of all the categories above, and he answered my questions any time I did not understand something. I have a lot of confidence in this attorney which is why I want him to handle other areas of legal matters in advising my family.

Eric handled every detail of my mother's estate for my brother and I, and made the process simple, even though I was out of state. His fee was very reasonable. Overall, he was thorough, professional, and compassionate. I would recommend him without reservation

Eric Fabrizio was hired by my sister and me to handle my mother's estate. From the very beginning, Eric explained everything he would be doing and made himself constantly available for any questions that arose. He documented each step of the process and sent us a copy of every transaction. He also worked side by side with my mother's accountant making sure my questions and concerns were addressed.

Financial matters after the death of a parent can be absolutely overwhelming and it was wonderful to feel so secure in our choice of an attorney to handle them.

Eric was professional, knowledgeable, and kind and handled my mother's estate in a very efficient manner. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone requiring legal assistance.

My family was very disappointed in the service we recieved on a small estate. We were not kept informed and there were things that were not taken care of in a timely matter. He also would tell us he was going to do something then he would change his mind and say oh we can't do that. We are still not settled 9 months later and our frustrated and don't see an end to this matter. His fees seem high and he got paid and then didn't follow through. We are very disappointed. He has added to the stress of losing a family matter.

Eric J. Fabrizio’s response: “I am sorry that you feel that way, as I pride myself on integrity and professionalism. Obviously I can not respond to the specific complaints, as I am unsure of the reviewer's identity or the case to which he/she or she is referring. If the reviewer is reading my response, please feel free to contact me so that we can discuss the matter and I can personally address the concerns you have voiced here. However, an allegation in this review strikes me as odd. In estate administration matters, unless alternate arrangements are agreed to, the amount of my fee is based on a fee schedule approved by the Berks County Orphan's Court. Additionally my fee is paid in 2 installments. The first 1/2 is paid at the time the Inheritance Tax Return is filed. The other 1/2 is not paid until (1) all estate beneficiaries have reviewed an accounting of estate funds, and approved its payment my fee, or (2) the fee is approved by the Orphan's Court at an audit. Thus, the allegation that I got paid and did not not followed through does not make sense, as before I could get paid in full, the estate would have been closed, which could not occur until my fees have been approved by either the estate beneficiaries or the Orphan's Court.”
