Bankruptcy is a difficult thing for anyone, and for me, finding the right attorney was critical. Working with Brenna and her team was a very positive experience in an otherwise difficult and frustrating time. I went to see Brenna when my home was going into forclosure. I was very scared and wasn't sure where to turn. She filed my chapter 13 bankruptcy and stopped the sheriff sale. The best part is that she was able to completely strip my second mortgage so i no longer need to make those payments. I was desperate and needed help. Somebody told me that they had previously worked for this firm and that they knew all efforts were put into resolution of a case. Well, I signed up, paid an enormous deposit just to get things off the ground. I didn't hear for many weeks and every time I called the... office I was told that the lawyer was "out of town". Then I called my friend, who used to work in Reading in the legal field, and this person told me that they have a bad reputation and to get back my deposit.
