I was referred to Brenna from a friend of the family. From the first conversation I had with Kirsten, Brenna's paralegal, I was made to feel that having to go through this process of Chapter 7 was nothing that I had to be "ashamed" of and that the laws were there to protect the public from complete f...inancial devastation. Kirsten explained EXACTLY how the process works and what I needed to do. After my first call it took me a couple of months of trying to stay afloat on my own by juggling payments, etc. After months of trying and not being able to keep up due to a major income reduction and some health issues I contacted the firm again and got the process started. I was guided through the process in a way that made the negative public thinking about having to file for personal bankruptcy go away. Although I can say I am not happy I had to do this, I am relieved that the pressure to keep up is gone and I have a fresh start.
