Brenna Hope Mendelsohn

I hired attorney Brenna Mendelson to file a bankruptcy for me. I only received one phone call from her and that was to tell me the costs and fees since that one conversation she has been "unavailable". I went to Miss Mendelson for guidance and help through the extremely difficult and daunting ordeal ...of a bankruptcy. I was yelled at and chastised by a secretary and told "that it was a monday morning and that she didnt have time for this". If your legal situation is a priority and you have no understanding of the law make sure you do not hire this firm. They stole my money, didn't help me at all and have only made things worse.

I used Brenna the end of last year and it was not a good experience. My case was very complicated and was told that some things won't be discharged when if fact, finding out from another attorney, that yes they can be it just would require some work. Sadly, she did not want to take that extra step fo...r me unless I paid her more money. At one point she told me via email that I wasting her time with questions and she has other clients to help. She screens her calls and has her paralegal do everything from phone calls to emails. I wanted a fresh start and I am still cleaning up a mess after the case has been discharged.

This "lawyer" is always late, doesn't show up at all for appointments on occasion, uses a secretary to do the lawyer's work. I had a very bad experience with this lawyer for my bankruptcy. She never showed up in court and my case was thrown out. The staff is also rude and unprofessional. Avoid th...is office.
