Mr. Sobotka and his secretaries Liz & Megan and assistant Tim Bietler stood by me in one of the most difficult times in my life, trying to get custody of my son. The are caring and compassionate and continued to be that way not only during the period I had worked with them but continue to be even tho...ugh the case has come to fruition. Mr. Sobotka came highly recommended and with each passing day as my case continued I found out why. He set guidelines for me which I followed and took each amount of advice he shared with me. He was very truthful and honest with me which I really appreciated and I feel assisted tremendously with the positive outcome I received. Each time I contacted him he was always there with either a phone call, a note, or a brief meeting which made me feel comfortable at all times. Many times I feel he and his staff went above and beyond their usual protocol which allows me to pass along that this is the attorney to have for any case if you want the most "bang for your buck" and the most positive results for whatever problem you need attended to. I recommend David S. Sobotka and his staff to anyone who needs a lawyer because they will work for YOU honestly with no nonsense and results that will be in your favor.

Never work with attorney, I agree whole heartedly with the rest of the reviewers here. He is one of the worst divorce attorney's around. I will not go into all the details, they would fill a book, but I will just say this he takes your money and does nothing to help you and I agree that he works wi...th the other sides attorney to have your case drag on and on so he can bill you enourmous amounts of money!!! Don't ever hire this guy, unless you like to be cheated. I had a Real Estate Lawyer in Berks, tell me that all Divorce Lawyers are terrible, but he said this guy makes the rest look like angels!

I first needed an attorney for a DUI many years ago and was referred to Mr Sobotka by friends. He handled the case superbly at that time so I called upon his services later when going through a divorce. Once again he handled matters in a highly professional manner that resulted in a just and equitabl...e settlement. I have used his services several times since then because he is trustworthy and very competent. I recently referred my son to him for a matter requiring special treatment and Mt Sobotka referred him to another lawyer with the appropriate expertise. My son's case also settled positively.
