Mr. Sobotka and his secretaries Liz & Megan and assistant Tim Bietler stood by me in one of the most difficult times in my life, trying to get custody of my son. The are caring and compassionate and continued to be that way not only during the period I had worked with them but continue to be even tho...ugh the case has come to fruition. Mr. Sobotka came highly recommended and with each passing day as my case continued I found out why. He set guidelines for me which I followed and took each amount of advice he shared with me. He was very truthful and honest with me which I really appreciated and I feel assisted tremendously with the positive outcome I received. Each time I contacted him he was always there with either a phone call, a note, or a brief meeting which made me feel comfortable at all times. Many times I feel he and his staff went above and beyond their usual protocol which allows me to pass along that this is the attorney to have for any case if you want the most "bang for your buck" and the most positive results for whatever problem you need attended to. I recommend David S. Sobotka and his staff to anyone who needs a lawyer because they will work for YOU honestly with no nonsense and results that will be in your favor.

I wish I had read these reviews before speaking with this lawyer. The 1 star reviews seem about accurate with what I experienced during my case. I wouldn't recommend him for a case of any importance, such as a custody case. Be prepared for him to say and do as he likes in court instead of touching on... subjects you specifically request be discussed.

I hired attorney Sobotka to represent me in a custody case. My wife was refusing to allow me any reasonable custody time with my two children. Mr. Sobotka had the case scheduled for trial and eventually I obtained a shared custody order which was more than I was asking for. Mr. Sobotka handled the ca...se professionally, was always prepared, and most importantly got results. I would recommend him to anyone in a custody dispute.

I hired attorney Sobotka for my divorce case. It was a complicated case involving a business and substantial assets. My wife and her attorney made things very difficult.
