Dave was my 2nd lawyer in my long, extremely drawn out custody/divorce case. My 1st lawyer, as well as many other people, told me there's no way I'll get 50/50 custody of my girls. After about a year of my 1st lawyer doing next to nothing, I fired him and went with Dave on a recommendation. Now to... be fair, my 1st lawyer was older and didn't realize how much of a constant fight, ON EVERYTHING, my situation was going to be, and I just don't think he had it in him. After Mr Sobotka reviewed the details of the case, told me there is no reason I shouldn't get 50/50, and in less than 6 months, that's exactly what I had. Mr. Sobotka and his secretaries Liz & Megan and assistant Tim Bietler stood by me in one of the most difficult times in my life, trying to get custody of my son.
