David S. Sobotka

Dave was my 2nd lawyer in my long, extremely drawn out custody/divorce case. My 1st lawyer, as well as many other people, told me there's no way I'll get 50/50 custody of my girls. After about a year of my 1st lawyer doing next to nothing, I fired him and went with Dave on a recommendation. Now to... be fair, my 1st lawyer was older and didn't realize how much of a constant fight, ON EVERYTHING, my situation was going to be, and I just don't think he had it in him. After Mr Sobotka reviewed the details of the case, told me there is no reason I shouldn't get 50/50, and in less than 6 months, that's exactly what I had. Dave is a very confident, no nonsense attorney who gets the job done, and I can't thank him enough for getting me my girls!!! When I started with him, he had a legal intern by the name of Timothy Bitler working alongside him. Tim is now an Associate of Dave's, and has been a great help in my divorce case, as well as with matters/issues that seem to never end. I would absolutely, positively, definitely recommend Dave Sobotka, and Timothy Bitler, for any custody or divorce cases, no matter how "messy" it is. Mr Sobotka definitely can handle any challenge! Mr. Sobotka represented me in a very lengthy divorce proceeding, involving custody and other marital issues. He was recommended to me as a very good attorney, and he and his team did not disappoint! Through his diligence and guidance, i was able to retain custody of my children, which was the most im...portant issue to me. He has now brought Timothy Bitler into his office, and Tim has also been a great help and finished the final details of the divorce for me. My ex-wife has had 5 different attorneys represent her through the proceedings, and when in court, were clearly not of the same caliber as Mr. Sobotka and Mr. Bitler. These gentlemen come highly recommended, not just by me, but by my family who were present and involved in the various hearings, and I am pleased to count them as friends also.

Never work with attorney, I agree whole heartedly with the rest of the reviewers here. He is one of the worst divorce attorney's around. I will not go into all the details, they would fill a book, but I will just say this he takes your money and does nothing to help you and I agree that he works wi...th the other sides attorney to have your case drag on and on so he can bill you enourmous amounts of money!!! Don't ever hire this guy, unless you like to be cheated. I had a Real Estate Lawyer in Berks, tell me that all Divorce Lawyers are terrible, but he said this guy makes the rest look like angels!
