Simon T. Grill

My husband met Mr. Grill, and got in touch with him, when a huge error of my own crept up to bite me( about 13 yrs after the crime was comitted) Anyways, as I was detained, I realized, my arresting officers and the DA had no idea who I was or where I was from. I'm local to Lebanon County (born and ra...ised). I had felony charges in Florida for stealing money from a Walmart. Long story short, Lebanon county officials were planning on taking me to Jacksonville, FL. As I sat in jail, remembering the details, I knew this was wrong. My husband hired Simon to look into the case, and after a 40 minute phone call to Florida, HE got the story right. (I was in county waiting to be extradited for maybe a week or 2, KNOWING they would take me to the wrong city. I didnt relly care, I wasnt about to help the defense team build a case against myself) About 1 or 2 days after Simon was hired to handle my case, I was released on bail, and within 2 to 3 weeks the case settled out of court, and Walmart got their money back. I honestly never even met the man, but was so incredibly grateful for his assistance. For those of you complaing about the way he spoke to you, I think you need to realize that lawyers are busy, and do not have time to sugarcoat everything. My work kept getting in touch with me, regarding when the matter would over, etc., etc. And I did get a rather curt reminder from Mr. Grill, stating that I shouldnt be discussing my case with anyone. I personally appreciated his tone, because sometimes you need to hear things you dont want to hear. Anyway, just my 2 cents. I refer him to anyone I know dealing with a criminal issue. It's probably also worth noting, while I met with the DA to be released, he was rather impressed that i was able to obtain Simon Grill to work my case. And stated the he is great guy to have fighting in your corner.

My wife went home got another $750 met him 2 days later back in honesdale by the Turkey hill mini Mart & gave him another $750 $1500 Total We never seen or herd from him again. My trial date came and went I was sentenced to 60 months in State Prison For Selling $25 of pot .. This guy didn't show up write any motions just took $1500 & did A David Blaine Disspearing Act ..

I have dealt with Simon on more than one occasion, only one of which was my own personal issue. I can't talk for any one but myself, however, I had a great experience with him, as did everyone I referred to him. . If you had a problem with him, chances are it's you. He was always very polite and e...asily to get a hold of as well as being extremely efficient at what he does. It's never a fun time hiring a lawyer, as chances are you are in trouble, but he got me thru a tough time in my life rather easily. My best advice, however, is to stay out of trouble in the first place!!!

I'm not sure what anyone else has experienced, but our experience was excellent. We hired Mr. Grill to represent our son and he had wonderful knowledge about PA law and insight into the best way to impress on the judge that our son should be given the most minor punishment. He had to serve NO time... on charges that were initially very serious. Mr. Grill always made time for our phone calls (we were out of state) and he explained the steps and what to expect in detail. We couldn't ask for more, and the fee was reasonable.

I know nothing of his criminal defense skills in any other area than DUI but he is the best thing to ever happen to second offense DUI cases. Least expensive, calls back every time you call him the same day, every piece of information you could ever ask for when needed, just the perfect guy for the j...ob. I know 3 people right now that are doing a 2nd offense DUI and all of them have horror stories with the lawyers they hired for more than twice as much as Simon charges. He gave me everything i needed and more and I can't say enough about him as far as this particular kind of case goes. simply the best at it and i would and do recommend him to people and they foolishly pick the super expensive, worthless council over him.
