I was Arrested For Sale Of Schedual 1 Narcotic :Marijuana: $25 Pos Of Schedual 1 Narcotic :Marijuana:$25 While Sitting In The Wayne County Jail In Honesdale Pa .My Wife Contacted Simon .He met her at the Courthouse & Tool $750 cash as a retainer Fee :: He then told her that another $750 wa...s the balance " ok " no Problem . My wife went home got another $750 met him 2 days later back in honesdale by the Turkey hill mini Mart & gave him another $750 $1500 Total We never seen or herd from him again. My trial date came and went I was sentenced to 60 months in State Prison For Selling $25 of pot .. This guy didn't show up write any motions just took $1500 & did A David Blaine Disspearing Act ..

I also made the mistake of hiring this slime ball! I've been in the process of filing a case against him for a few years. It's not an easy thing to do because other lawyers don't like to take on one of their own. However, we are at the point where we are soon going to court and I have no doubt I will... win my case against him as we are past the civil status. ( which I DID win) I would like to note that he IS in contempt because he did NOT follow the directions of the Order placed on him at the MJ level.

I hired this person out of desperation. This was one of the worst mistakes I have ever made! Even worse then the crime I was accused of!! I was way overcharged and the way he treated me I would have been much better off letting the DA flog me in the middle of town! I don't even see how this man ha...s made it this far in his life without having a major lawsuit against HIM!
