My experience with this attorney was completely negative. We hired him for an immigration case, and after four years, the results have been disastrous. From the start, he seemed more interested in collecting his fees than actually helping us. Throughout the process, his poor advice and negligence ...in properly handling our case led to serious consequences, including my removal from the United States. His work did absolutely nothing to benefit us, and now we are still paying for his mistakes. To make matters worse, my wife and I have been separated for almost three years due to his failures. We have spent triple the amount we originally planned on flights and hiring other attorneys to fix the mess he caused. Furthermore, when we tried to contact him to address the issues caused by his actions, he simply avoided taking responsibility. He does not own up to his mistakes and comes across as more of a scammer than a professional. I would not recommend him under any circumstances, especially for immigration matters.

We paid over $30,000 this far and have seen 0 results on my husband’s case. He said he was working on a pcra, never happened. Said he had valid arguments as to why my husband should not be deported but tried to speak with the judges on his case. He said he would file for an adjustment of statues, cha...rged us but never filed it. Said he would file for the 212 hardship but then said no let’s try everything else . Just more and more bills. This attorney is more for scamming people out of money when they need real legal help. Would not recommend.

Attorney Winter took a legitimate interest in my case and I feel that he has a real passion for making sure our rights are secure. He is the only attorney I contacted that made me feel that way. He is doing a great job for me. I am very satisfied. I hope he outlives me, so I don't have to go anyw...here else!

He is not good at all with immigration processes maybe in the past, he was good but the immigration application are been updating so much and i feel like he's still in the past, so hard to communicate with him, for his mistake i have to wait for my green card outside of the USA, i wasted like 6 month...s for his fault far from my wife and it's been a year and 3 months and still need to wait more I don't want this sh*t happens to someone else so DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER.
