My experience with this attorney was completely negative. We hired him for an immigration case, and after four years, the results have been disastrous. From the start, he seemed more interested in collecting his fees than actually helping us. Throughout the process, his poor advice and negligence ...in properly handling our case led to serious consequences, including my removal from the United States. His work did absolutely nothing to benefit us, and now we are still paying for his mistakes. To make matters worse, my wife and I have been separated for almost three years due to his failures. We have spent triple the amount we originally planned on flights and hiring other attorneys to fix the mess he caused. Furthermore, when we tried to contact him to address the issues caused by his actions, he simply avoided taking responsibility. He does not own up to his mistakes and comes across as more of a scammer than a professional. I would not recommend him under any circumstances, especially for immigration matters.

Attorney Winter took a legitimate interest in my case and I feel that he has a real passion for making sure our rights are secure. He is the only attorney I contacted that made me feel that way. He is doing a great job for me. I am very satisfied. I hope he outlives me, so I don't have to go anyw...here else!

I was charged with a crime that was a case of ignorance of the law is no excuse. I contacted 3 law firms the first 2 gave me the old "this is really bad you need to give us a huge retainer" While Eric's firm said "this is no big deal we have seen this before many times and everything is going to ...be fine" Of course I used Eric thank God I'm older and have retained attorneys 17 times during my life, and only three times I felt not taking advantage of. And Eric is the best of the three. (things like charging 3 hours of drive time ($900) to 3 different parties on the same day from Pottstown to Norristown is not fair. Eric didn't even charge drive time because it was in Berks! My favorite part of Eric was that after the DA gave us an offer that I thought was OK and was ready to take! Eric shot it down! it was like he was fighting for himself! He saved me thousands and also worked it out so I won't have a criminal record. I can't say enough about how impressed I am. He is a fighter! He may look mellow but trust me he is not! Too the people who wrote bad reviews, You don''t understand a good attorney is really busy (Eric phone never stopped ringing) They can't speak to you every two seconds! they would never get anything done. Write your questions down and ask when you see them.
