Biography
I was born in Brooklyn,New York and attended Archbishop Molloy High School and St.Johns relocated to the Delaware Valley in 1980 to attend the University of Pennsylvania Law have practiced in Philadelphia,Montgomery,Chester,Bucks and Berks counties and extensively in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania since 1986 representing debtors and was a solo practicioner for 8 years in the Collegeville area where I have lived for 19 years.
I believe my experience,personal attention and ability to explain complicated matters in a common sense manner has enabled me to represent my clients throughout my long career efficiently and effectively.
