I was misrepresented. My docket did not have attorney lepley name anywhere on it. He felt pretty confident about my case. Knew all the details. Once I paid the 2500 (which I had to get a personal loan for that I am still paying on) his tone switched. And he offered me very little help . I then found... a different attorney to represent me. And he got me a plea deal that lepley told me was no way possible. I have tried to contact the office via phone call, via email to see if I could be refunded some of the retainer since little no no work was done. And I have not gotten one response back. Very displeased with the service I was given by Mr. Lepley and his office.

Several of my family members and friends have had to use Mr. Lepley and while our situations were unfortunate, our minds were definitely eased having such an experienced and successful attorney on our side. From our time with him in the Courtroom and with Law Enforcement, it is apparent he is very we...ll respected within the Community. I was also delighted to find out that after his long hours in the office and in court, he dedicates a great deal of time to local youth baseball and basketball leagues.
