I was referred to Marcia and her practice for some help with Immigration and USCIS. Our case was a little complex and Marcia grasped the details quickly and accurately. She provided a course of action and recommendations to get us to where we needed to be....and it worked perfectly! She was NEVER ...pushy and did not use the complexity of the case as a reason to increase charges. He billing is extremely fair, she is honest and will also advise you where you don't need to spend money which was phenomenal to us! I got married and moved from Canada to the United States in 2007. I was an Canadian citizen and we thought the process of immigration would be easy and so we didn’t get a lawyer. For 3 years nothing was accomplished [working on our own without an attorney] and I had a hard time to get in the States... every time I visited my kids in Canada. In 2010 we went to Marcia and 7 months later I had my greencard. Marcia Ibraim knew what she was doing. She was friendly and responsible. Ms. Ibrahim has been my family's attorney for the last twenty years handling all of our immigration and family problems. She has been wonderful and has successfully gotten my entire family their green cards and United States citizenship and saved my sister 's green card after she was absent from th...e United States for more than three years.She has also handled divorce and protection from abuse matters for us and has won those cases for us.

Ms. Ibrahim told me I could get married in China, and one year later have my step-daughter get her Visa. I returned married with the documentation she requested and ONLY THEN did Ms. Ibrahim bother to look and see my step-daughter was 18. She then told me "Your step-daughter is too old, we cannot get... her here." Since then I have spent thousands of dollars and tried numerous ways to bring my step daughter here, and all my effort have failed. Last summer my step-daughter turned 21 and has no Visa, thus making the possibility of her coming to the US any time soon even more remote. This is an extremely painful situation for my step-daughter, my wife and me. And it was all preventable had Ms. Ibrahim not been too lazy to look at my step-daughter's age at the beginning, when she told me only one more year was required. Simply put, I am in a horrible position, because my lawyer did not do her job. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND MS. IBRAHIM.
