Mr. Guyer is the go-to lawyer for all of your speeding/traffic needs. He is very knowledgeable and gets the job done quickly and effectively. Unfortunately, I made some poor decisions and ended up with a third DUI charge in addition to wreckless driving, careless driving and several other related charges in the summer of 2015. Mr. Guyer successful fought to have everything thrown out and I was only convicted of the DUI. Although I was ...convicted of a third DUI in the same county, Mr. Guyer saw to it that I never spent one second inside of a jail cell. That alone is more than enough reason to hire Mr. Guyer as your defense attorney. I hesitate to use the word miracle, but I'm still thoroughly amazed that I'm not incarcerated at this very moment. Ed is someone who is there when you need him, he knows the law and the system so well. if you need assistance, you get it and get it fast. I wasn't even sure if i needed an attorney yet and Ed was there for me answering questions, returning calls and reviewing documents for me without even discussi...ng a fee until we knew what the next steps were. Over a year ago I got stopped on a Friday night – my 2nd DUI. Not being the area I asked a friend from the Upper Dublin Police Department what to do. He recommended Ed Guyer – said he has seen Ed around the police station many times – he said “So he must be good!” I called Ed first thing on Monday m...orning and was able to get in to talk to him that very day! Ed explained all my options and scenarios, even the worst case. He walked me through what to do. He told me take pictures of the place where I got pulled over – I think doing that helped him plead my case. It was a very scary time of my life – as I was looking at up to 90 days in jail and suspended license for a year and a half. As it turns out – Ed found a “Loop Hole” and we won. Ed got me out of the DUI. Ed was brilliant – he did an excellent job of fighting for me – if not for him – I’m sure my case would not have turned out the way it did.
