These are the principles and values behind my family law and general civil litigation practice. My name is Susan J. Vandegrift and I achieve legal objectives for clients in Montgomery, Chester, Berks, Philadelphia and Delaware counties, and throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. I appear regularly in the county courthouses in Norristown, West Chester and Media, helping people navigate challenging divorces, child custody issues, child support, alimony/spousal maintenance, modification and other family law and civil litigation issues.
Vandegrift Law Office works with clients to create binding, understandable prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, to address matters regarding grandparents’ custody, to deal with relocation issues, and to handle protection from abuse (PFA) matters.
As a litigator, I advocate my clients’ interests in many kinds of disputes, including:

- Personal injury suits, including motor vehicle and slip-and-fall injuries

Not an advocate for father's rights
Attorney compromised the integrity of the case on multiple occasions. Consorted with opposing counsel during trial, betrayed attorney-client privilege during hearing concerning client's assets. She also provided poor legal advice related to a custody matter. I would not hire her again.
