Andrew Theo Neuwirth is a personal injury attorney and experienced trial lawyer based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. As the founder of Neuwirth Law Office, LLC, Andrew represents individuals and families who have been injured due to the negligence of other people, businesses, and institutions. He brings more than 20 years of trial experience and 15 years of experience handling personal injury matters to his work on behalf of injured clients.
Andrew opened Neuwirth Law Office, LLC in Montgomery County in 2011. His practice is focused on plaintiff personal injury litigation, including car accidents, truck accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, government liability claims, and other serious injury matters. He also handles claims involving public transportation and government entities, which can involve unique procedural requirements and deadlines.
Known for his down-to-earth and approachable style, Andrew works directly with clients to help them understand their rights and the legal process following a serious accident. He carefully investigates the circumstances surrounding each injury, identifies potentially responsible parties, and advocates for compensation for medical expenses, lost income, pain and suffering, and other damages. When a fair resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, his extensive courtroom background allows him to prepare cases for trial.
Andrew grew up in New York City and attended Cornell University, where he graduated with honors in 1990. He continued his education at Cornell University School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 1996.
Before establishing his Pennsylvania practice, Andrew gained legal experience in several jurisdictions. He began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Queens, New York, serving from 1996 to 2000. He later practiced with law firms in New York City and Boston, including Aaronson Rappaport Feinstein & Deutsch and Foster & Eldridge, LLP. His background on both sides of the courtroom has provided him with substantial litigation and trial experience that he now applies to representing injury victims.
Andrew is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. His professional memberships include the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.
His legal work has received recognition from several organizations. Andrew maintains a 10.0 Avvo Rating, has been selected to Super Lawyers since 2022, was recognized as an Elite Lawyer in 2026, and has been named among The National Trial Lawyers Top 100.
Outside of his law practice, Andrew remains active in professional and community organizations. He serves on the Board of the Cornell Club of Greater Philadelphia and is involved with the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Jewish Committee. He also participates annually in the Pan-Mass Challenge, a 200-mile bicycle ride that raises funds for cancer research.
Through Neuwirth Law Office, LLC, Andrew represents personal injury clients throughout Montgomery County, Philadelphia County, and surrounding Pennsylvania communities. His goal is to provide straightforward legal guidance, personal attention, and determined advocacy to people facing the physical, financial, and personal consequences of an unexpected injury.
