Tom is an experienced attorney with a focus practice area in criminal defense, personal injury, and DUI defense.

After receiving a bachelor’s degree in Psychology at The Catholic University of America, Tom Bellwoar graduated from The Villanova University School of Law and was admitted to practice in 1990. He began his legal career as a law clerk to Federal Chief Magistrate Judge Tullio Gene Leomporra in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
