also known as Shelley Bobman, Rochelle Bobman
I concentrate my practice in all aspects of family law and guardianship. I am a strong advocate of the collaborative process in lieu of litigation for divorce, custody and support, as it allows the parties to direct the outcome of the case and it keeps families and children out of court. I am a certified divorce and custody mediator and parent coordinator. I receive court appointments to represent abuse and neglected children in Montgomery Couty, as well as parents in connection with dependency and termination of rights proceedings. I have served as Divorce Master and Arbitration Chair in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, and currently serve as a Mortgage Foreclosure Hearing Officer in the Montgomery County Mortgage Diversion Program. In addition to family law matters, I represent individuals in Orphan's Court seeking to obtain guardianship of incapacitated adults and also receive appointments to represent incapacitated adults in guardianship proceedings.
