Getting into a complementary business, either through a joint venture or through a strategic acquisition can boost the value of the business.   I will work with you through the sale or purchase of a business, from assisting in getting the right team together to be sure the right value is placed on the business, connecting you with reputable business brokers who will be invaluable if you are selling a business, conducting legal due diligence, and negotiating and drafting the sale documents.  I had many years of experience working as lead counsel on certain sales and acquisitions during my time working with Comcast Corporation in Philadelphia.
