Biography
I am a lifelong Chester County resident. I have been practicing law here for 32 years. This includes 9 years as an Assistant District Attorney in Chester County. My goal is always to obtain the best result for my clients, taking into account their actual needs. Sometimes this means settling a case by means of a plea bargain or settlement of a civil case. Sometimes it requires litigation. Whatever decision my client makes, I make sure that he or she is fully informed to the best of my ability of the costs and benefits of each available option so he or she can make good decisions about whether to litigate or settle a case.
My practice ares include Criminal law, Estate planning and administration, Auto injury cases, Federal tax law and Appellate law.
One of my areas of pratice is appellate law which gives me the opportunity to work with and for other attorneys, helping them win the appeals of their cases and to present the best possible arguments to the appellate courts.
I am admitted to the courts of Pennsylvania, The Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court.
