This Office defends those unjustly and excessively accused and prosecutes those who have harmed its clients. Our Trial Work includes criminal defense, marital or business divorce, restoring faultless victims of deliberate or accidental harm to financial health and preserving our civil rights against abuse of governmental power. There exists an inevitable abuse of majority power if not constantly checked. I disagree that "government is the enemy." It exists to "promote the general welfare" and has massive ability and power to do so. It tends to abuse that power without diligent policing from whistle-blowers to expose its abuses. Who guards the guardians? You do. And we help. Every criminal defense and civil rights prosecution tests whether personal liberty is truly protected by government as a core value.
