Biography
Known by my clients as “professional,” “amazing,” and having the “ability to communicate complex legal matters and their implications in layman’s terms,” I pride myself on being not only an honest, approachable, and resourceful lawyer, but a true partner in helping you build your business.
Small business isn’t just my specialty, it’s my job. My firm is a small business, and I grew up watching my parents run their own small business. I understand your position – your drive, your worries, your daily tabulations of every penny in the books. And I respect it.
My goal with each client is to create an environment where you can share your concerns, explain your goals, and not feel any pressure to take a path with which you don’t feel comfortable. When you come to my office, you meet with me personally. I’m the one who answers my phone, I’m the one who responds to my email. I will listen to you, work with you, and together we will find a solution.
