I was with 2 other lawyers before I hired Mr. Mella. The two lawyers before him messed up my case and my life. I was about to be deported. Mr. Mella fixed the mess the two lawyers did. Mr. Mella advised my husband and myself to commit fraud by lying about how and where we met. Out of desperation, we took Mr. Mella's advice, which he presented as the only option likely to allow my husband and myself to stay together. Recently, upon speaking with another (better) attorney, we discove...red that at the time we spoke to Mr. Mella, there were other LEGAL options we could have taken. However, because we did as he suggested, my husband is facing a lifetime ban from this country, we are facing separation and later relocation to another country, and I am losing the career I have worked so hard to establish. Mr. Mella does not care about his clients or about the law. He only cares about making easy money from desperate people. I was only able to communicate to Mr. Mella's paralegals who were often unresponsive and clearly lacked knowledge about immigration law. Trusting Mr. Mella was the worst decision of my life. Do NOT make the same mistake and NEVER trust an attorney who advises you to lie.

this attorney is one of the worst immigration attorneys that I have never known. my case was simple but He made mistakes and my case is very complicated now .He just wants your money , He is going to hear your case for just about 15 minutes, after that the paralegals are going to do the rest. also hi...s paralegals make a lot of mistakes.

Puts on the appearance of a competent attorney, talks friendly, and acts compassionate. Once you pay him his high fee however, he commissions your case to one of his underlings who are mostly wet-behind-the-ears (inexperienced) attorneys and then you gamble your chances. If you are in removal proceed...ings DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM!!!
