Stay AWAY!!
Puts on the appearance of a competent attorney, talks friendly, and acts compassionate. Once you pay him his high fee however, he commissions your case to one of his underlings who are mostly wet-behind-the-ears (inexperienced) attorneys and then you gamble your chances.
