Biography
Robert A. Huber, Esquire, is a personal injury attorney with more than 35 years of experience representing injury and accident victims. After serving as a partner at Etkin & Huber, LLP and Yankowitz, Etkin and Huber, LLP, he founded Huber & Palsir, LLC in June 2007. A seasoned litigator, he has tried both bench and jury cases involving motor vehicle collisions, slip-and-fall incidents, and medical malpractice.
Over the past 25 years, Robert has handled numerous seven-figure personal injury matters and significant workers’ compensation claims, including complex cases such as delayed cancer diagnoses, failures in timely stroke treatment, and construction accidents stemming from negligent crane operations and welders’ flash injuries. He earned a degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law, and is active in the American Bar Association, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the American Association of Justice. He is also a devoted father of three and an engaged member of his parish community.
