I had a complicated situation in which my solution was to file bankruptcy, I felt confident at the time to hire Ms. Coleman to handle this situation. I feel after I paid her the fees to hire her and start the bankruptcy process. Things changed between us she was very vague about situations concerni...ng my bankruptcy and did not verify if the additional creditors were added. Due to her not responding to my emails I had to pay a creditor that I thought was covered under the bankruptcy was not amended and I had to pay over thousand dollars within 18 days. She then emails me calling me names in which it was not warranted because no degoratory, yelling, or verbiage used was not disrespectful to her. However, after being called condescending and other choice words by Ms. Coleman she tells me I should not feel disrespected and then her partner sends me a email stating all correspondence should be emailed. Well, I always emailed but not emails were thoroughly read or read at all. I am very disappointed in the treatment of this firm. I paid money to a firm that really do not care unless I reach out to them. I would "NOT" recommend this firm.
