Great Lawyer, Always Responds Quickly

I retained Clair Stewart for my divorce and child custody after I found an ad for her practice on Craig's List. I emailed her at the posted address and she called the same day. I had spoken to another attorney a few months before that but didn't really like the "vibe" I got from him. He seemed too pushy. Clair, on the other hand, was very nice and seemed more interested in sharing her legal expertise than getting onto another client and making more money. She answered any and all questions I had. I was never left in the dark about my case and anytime I called or emailed her she normally got back to me the same day. I would definitely recommend her services and contact her in the future should I need an attorney again.

Made a difficult situation much more bearable

Good lawyer for estate planning

Clair understood what I needed & got the work done quickly. In my case I only required a financial & medical power of attorney. She prepared them & provided instructions on what my attorney-in-fact & I needed to do with them. It was easy to reach her by email & phone despite the fact that our city is shut down due to COVID-19.

Thorough, honest, Patience, knowledgeable!

Ms. Stewart from the beginning displayed that she was very knowledgeable with what I was inquiring about to hire her for ( Family Estate process ). She was very thorough in the research about my deceased Aunt and obtained all information / documents needed. Alot of patience was displayed by Ms. Stewart because it was ALOT of heirs and information needed that wasn't easy to track down but she waited patiently until everything was collected by me. Lastly honesty was displayed by the way she explained everything to me and for the amount of money to send her for different costs related to the estate account since I don't live in Philadelphia to pay it myself.

Got the job done!

Clair helped me defend myself from big bank hegemony after a foreclosure and prevented me from sustaining further damage(s). She understood exactly what was going on and knew exactly what to do. She has also counseled me on credit report/rating and provided references to other attorney's for other legal matters. She did an awesome job on all these fronts. I would hire her again, if I could. Clair was easy to speak to regarding a sensitive subject such as bankruptcy.
