Theodore Bernard Weiss

This grossly incompetent "lawyer" is a complete sham! My late Uncle left his small estate to me. He didn't have much. But most unfortunately, my Uncle hired Ted Weiss to prepare his Last Will and Testament. That's where the nightmare began! This complete idiot who calls himself an attorney made gramm...atical errors, misfiled documents, did not appear under court order and them sanctioned by the Burlington County Superior Court for same. Subsequently I lost everything my late Uncle left for me... every dime and also stand to lose my home of thirteen years! There's much more to the story but I'm leaving that for my Legal Malpractice case I intend to file against Ted Weiss, forthwith. Also, be very wary of his wife (the dentist in the office next door)! Idiot "lawyer" Weiss used his own wife as an agent of his office to assist in the witnessing of my late Uncle's Will! So it's my opinion they're running some type of "Will Mill" and serving only their interests!! Worst criminal "lawyer" too. I've heard absolute Horror stories about his aloof behavior and complete negligence muchless his knowledge of the law! Shame on You if you hire this Clown!!!
