Mike Giampietro defended me in the case of my second DUI. There is a minimum 90 day sentence for a second DUI and I have other offenses besides DUI's from when I was young so it was unlikely that I would get the intermediate offenders program. However Mike was able to get me into this program and red...uce my jail time from 90 days to 20 days of weekend jail and 70 days of house arrest.
