It has been a true pleasure working with Alan over the past number of months. After having been given Alan's name by numerous colleagues, I retained him to investigate a boundary issue at a development site I was working on. My deal flow picked up quickly, and before I knew it, Alan was helping me wi...th a partnership restructuring, a $1.65mm construction loan, a promissory note, an eviction, tax abatement work, a potential condo conversion and much more, simultaneously.
