I am the managing partner of Cooper & Schall, PC. Our firm specializes in catastrophic phyiscal injury and wrongful death cases for cab drivers, bus drivers, motorcyclists, construction workers, abused children, pedestrians, and victims of assault, sexual assault, medical mistake and defective products. C&S regularly obtains six and seven figure results for our clients involved in catastophic motor vehicle, construction, product liability and hospital malpractice accidents. In 2015, we resolved a motor vehicle accident claim in Delaware county for $900,. This summer we have had two recent arbitration verdicts for ligament injuries one with surgery and one without surgery, where the arbitrator awarded sums well in excess of $100,. We have a special understanding of RSD injuries and Mr. Schall and Mr. Cooper were responsible for obtaining a settlement in Federal Court for 2.1 Million for our seriously injured client. This settlement was one of the largest reported settlements in Philadelphia for 2011. Cooper & Schall has had many favorable appellate court decisions where new law was created to expand insurance coverage because of mistakes and misrepresentations made by insurance companies. In one of the cases which C&S won in the Superior Court our client was awarded 1.65 Million prior to trial for a spinal cord injury called a syrinx. We have also been successful in recovering 1.3 Million for a young woman who was struck in Montgomery County by a highschool student who fell asleep at the wheel after coming home from his prom. We are also handling several wrongful death cases presently. One involves a dangerous parking lot and another concerns an intoxicated off duty police officer. No body pushes ourt clients around!
