Release my settlement

Everything was fine until I settled. The check is cleared however whenever I call there is no person I can speak with in reference to my check. The settlement coordinator is very busy and can't return any of my 30 something messages. All I want is my money so that I can be done with this. Please rele...ase my funds immediately.

If I'd known then what I know now...

I didn't know about Avvo at the time of my slip and fall; I would never have picked Rand Spear based on his commercials. My slip and fall happened in 2013. It took until 2016 for Rand Spear (whom I never expected to meet or speak to) to settle my case. During that time, I spoke to fast-talking par...alegals (when they would bother to return my calls), who would blow me off. At the day of the settlement, my lawyers (whose name I never knew) actually expected me to sympathize with the defendant! Now that it's settled, NOBODY'S returning my calls/emails. Maybe other clients don't need the money, but I am desperately in need of that money. I am out of work, still injured, still in pain, not collecting any benefits, and no one from that office will deign to speak to me. I have a bad feeling that my five-figure settlement is going to get whittled down to nothing by the time I get it, and that's not fair.

Waste of Time

I was hit by someone who blew a red light resulting in nerve damage to 3 parts of my spine. I won my case during arbitration in which the defendant appealed. I was not assigned one attorney, I spoke to different ones throughout my case . At the trial a new attorney from this firm showed up and was ju...st given the case the day before. He was horrible and barely knew the details of my case. The police report was not allowed which would have been a slam dunk but there were other things that could have been submitted which were not. Among other things I had a check from the defendants insurance company to reimbursement for my deductible that was never even mentioned. I am not an attorney but I would think that that would admit that he was at fault. I lost my case and even the judge at the end dismissed the jury and apologized to me for what had just taken place. I had never been in a car accident in over 25 years and never even had a parking ticket. The judge believed me but unfortunately the jury was not interested and two of them even fell asleep during testimony. He reprimanded the defendant stating that "you know you hit this women and what was just done was wrong". He also had a few words for both attorneys. The law firm decided not to appeal the decision due to it was not "worth it for them" and I am stuck with permanent damage.

Rand Spear A Great Job

Rand Spear's team did a magnificent job for my case, I was standing next to a parked vehicle and I got side swiped. Because of neck, back and shoulders injuries, I sued but the driver said it was my fault! Rand Spear's team did a great job presenting my case and got me $75,000. I'd recommend this la...wyer.
