Rand Spear's team did a magnificent job for my case, I was standing next to a parked vehicle and I got side swiped. I was a client of Rand Spears. I was asked to do some of the leg work like take pictures at the accident site. Every time I wanted to talk with Rand Spear he was not available which left me asking questions to the paralegal. She was very impatient with me, short with her answers and not helpful to me.... My first interview with some person that worked there quoted me a % they would take out for payment of service and they changed it higher at the end. I didn't even get a 4th of the settlement. Even the lawyer they sent with me for my statement was texting on his cell the whole time, until at one point he should of said something and the other lawyer had to call out to him for his attention to answer. I would not recommend this lawyer to my worse enemy.
