I know to most that hiring an Attorney is a crap shoot , with loads of legal uncertainty concerns & questions, I was one of those people until I was introduced to Mr. Weiss and his professional concerned staff. During my Legal relationship with the firm I had numerous calls to them about my case whic...h were returned within or less than 24hrs. My wife and I were always kept up to date with our case through e-mails,USPS and phone calls. When I first met the soft spoken knowledgeable Mr. Weiss I felt he was sort of an easy going guy during our meetings in his office, but when it was time to face the defendent he was extraordinary,fully prepared and took no prisoners. Working with his legal team in court was also very impressive with there timely exchanges of documents and materials. One thing that was very important to me was the well being of my wife in court in front of a jury on the stand, Mr. Weiss and his team prepared my timid wife fully were she was confident, comfortable and relaxed at all times when asked to take the stand. To conclude my review of Michael Weiss and his firm I would like to say I felt we had a friendship during our case and my wife and I just didn't fell at anytime that we were just another client. My wife and I also received 5 times more than we expected in our settlement.

I had one of the worst misdiagnosis which left me physically impaired for the rest of my life. I knew that I was done wrong by the Emergency Room I visited after they released me and I woke up the next day paralized. I had contacted Michael Weiss, who I had never spoken to before. I had left a messag...e of what basically happened and to my surprise, he had personally called my back that same day while he was on vacation. I had liked his professionalism on the telephone way better than the other attorneys I had also spoken to. All I can say is that it was one of the BEST decisions I had ever made. He is well known in the industry, has kept me informed the entire time, is allways professional and has made a horrible situation for me be more bareable.
